We weld the steel frame
Each module’s skeleton is welded in a precision jig with 100% inspection. Indoors, daily, repeatable. No rain days.

Concrete floors & cores are cast
Precast floor slabs and wet-wall cores are cured in climate-controlled beds, then craned into the frame. Glass, insulation, MEP and cabinets follow.

Finish panels go on
Your chosen finish panels are hung on thermally broken rainscreen rails. A ventilated cavity keeps the structure dry for good.

Trucked out, craned in a day
Modules ship on standard flatbeds and are lifted onto your foundation. Anchor plates bolt down and corner connectors tie the stack together.
